Day 1-Nairobi – Fly to Amboseli

This morning we fly over the scenic Athi Plains and into the bush country of Amboseli National Park, home to the legendary Maasai tribesmen and famous for huge herds of elephant. Have a sumptous lunch at your  lodge. An afternoon game run is planned. You will have a chance to track the big five. There is a definite chance to come to contact with the prolific herds of free range elephants. You may also get the chance to spot cats such as the lion. Dinner and Overnight at Amboseli Serena Lodge/Ol Tukai Lodge/Tortilis Camp.

Day 2-Amboseli – Fly to Nairobi

We awaken today to the sights and sounds of big game country. In addition to elephant, antelope, zebra, wildebeest, buffalo and the rare and elusive Leopard, nearly every visitor within the park is framed by majestic Mount Kilimanjaro in the distance.  Given clear weather you may get a glimpse of the snow capped peaks of Kilimanjaro. After breakfast we transfer to the airstrip and fly back to Nairobi. You can also choose to visit the animal orphanage, explore the shops or simply relax before your departure.
