Description:

The little wooden lodge comprises of three wonderfully rustic one-bed roomed cottages, each with its own bathroom,plus original Massai Manyatta’s. Camping Facilities and drivers` quarters also available. All are powered by solar and generator plus a wind turbine will be on site within the year. All are comfortably furnished in natural materials with local art and cool, crisp linen sheets and fluffy towels are supplied. The cottages are set on red cedar decks with front-row views of the ethereal Lake Elementeita and are fronted by the sandy beach of the lake whose backdrop is a pink mosaic of thousands of flamingos and the imposing “Sleeping Moran”. The surrounding land makes for lovely camping grounds shaded by golden acacias.

Pink Lake Man’s Eco-lodge is a new establishment nestled within the eco-forest that drapes the south-east shore of Lake Elementeita, a short picturesque walk from the therapeutic hot springs and about 1 ½ km on a murram from the Nakuru-Nairobi Highway, less than 127 km from Nairobi.
